This is a bold statement to be made in the public eye – especially in light of the splash that commercial type mediums are making today. I talk to dead people – often not by my own volition but by that of spirit. However, as I tried on a dress for an event I was speaking at I was called – or actually instructed – to tell the cashier that I am a medium. She then asked if I had any messages for her… of course I did. Her grandmother had a very specific statement for her. I always ask for an item from the spirit that will affirm for the sitter that I am authentically connected to their loved one. That personal connection shocked the cashier bringing her to tears as she walked me to the front of the store.
I find it very emotionally challenging on a human level to decipher messages from spirit. I much prefer accessing information about the soul through the akashic records. I will post about the records separately but I love the matter of fact nature of the information that I receive in the records… albeit sometimes a past trauma is disclosed in the record for a reason relevant to healing the soul now.
The information that seems completely random and off the wall generally is the most poignant for the sitter. Recently I did a reading for a gentleman and I kept getting an image of a bone handled knife. I finally asked him about it and he shared that he had one stashed in a drawer, but he wasn’t sure where it came from. So we explored that knife and its source in his life. It took a few days, but the man reached out to let me know that he had seen the whole story unfold in a meditation and completely understood where the knife had come from and why it was in his life. He found immense healing from the source of this knife. This message was not mine, I was just the vehicle for it to get to my client; however I share in the healing with each of my clients.
So I have unending appreciation and gratitude to the Records and to each of my clients for granting me access to their records… and their dead people.
